The Dental Office Toolkit (DOT) is an Internet site that allows dentists and their staff to have the ability to sign-on to our secure on-line system and manage their user accounts by allowing you to::

• Register a username and password
• Change your email address, reset/change your password, and change your secret answer and question
• Review patient information such as:
  • Eligibility
  • Benefit information, including maximums used and deductibles met
• Review the status of claims, and manage claims information by allowing you to:
  • View claims history for all of your submitted claims
• Submit claims, including:
• Adding a claim or pre-treatment estimate
• Submitting a pre-treatment estimate in for pay
• Submitting a claim with coordination of benefits
• Submitting an ortho claim
• Submitting a claim with special patient information

• View your activity log for claim payment information, direct deposits, denied claims, process pre-treatment estimates and information requests.
• Allow you to Enroll in Direct Deposit (for participating dentists only)
